Welcome to Carolina Sparkle & Shine Cleaning. By booking our services, visiting our website, or communicating with our team, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1.  Service Agreements

  • All cleaning services must be scheduled in advance.

  • Services will be performed according to the cleaning plan chosen by the customer.

  • Any special requests must be communicated before the cleaning appointment.
     

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on the information provided by the client and may be adjusted if conditions differ upon arrival.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, cards, and approved digital payment methods.

  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future services.
     

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the property, a full or partial fee may apply.
     

4. Access to Property

  • Clients must ensure our cleaners have access to the location at the scheduled time.

  • Keys, codes, or lockbox details must be provided in advance if the customer will not be present.
     

5. Safety & Working Conditions

  • Our staff will not move heavy furniture, handle hazardous materials, or clean areas that are unsafe.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot clean areas affected by mold, infestation, or biohazard waste unless disclosed and approved.
     

6. Damages & Liability

  • We take great care during every cleaning.

  • If accidental damage occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours with photo documentation.

  • Carolina Sparkle & Shine Cleaning is not responsible for:

    • Items not properly secured or already damaged.

    • Wear and tear on old or fragile items.

    • Pre-existing stains, discolorations, or defects.
       

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not provided, but we will make every reasonable effort to correct the problem.
     

8. Pets

  • Pets must be secured during the cleaning appointment.

  • We are not responsible for pets left loose or unsecured.

  • We do not clean animal waste unless arranged beforehand.
     

9. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal information shared with us is kept confidential and used only for scheduling, billing, and communication.

  • We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.
     

10. Website Usage

  • All content on this website is property of Carolina Sparkle & Shine Cleaning.

  • Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse any site content without permission.
     

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website means you accept the updated terms.
