Refund Policy

At Carolina Sparkle & Shine Cleaning, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services with professionalism, reliability, and care. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, credits, or service re-cleans may be issued.
 

1.      Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.
We will gladly offer one of the following:

  • A free re-clean of the areas that did not meet expectations

  • A partial refund when appropriate

  • A service credit applied to a future booking

We must be contacted within the 24-hour window for the guarantee to apply.
 

2.       Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not provided for the following:

  • Services that were fully completed and approved at the time of cleaning

  • Situations where the property was excessively cluttered or unsafe

  • Additional tasks requested after the cleaner has completed the appointment

  • Cancellation outside of policy timeframes

  • Clients who do not allow access to the property

  • Prepaid packages that have already been partially used
     

3.     Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide:

  • 24 hours notice for standard cleanings

  • 48 hours notice for deep cleans, move-in/move-out, or large properties

Failure to provide proper notice may result in:

  • A cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service cost), or

  • No refund for prepaid appointments
     

4.      Access to Property

If our cleaners arrive for a scheduled service and are unable to access the home or building, the service will be considered canceled on arrival, and no refund will be issued.
 

5.      Payments & Refund Method

Refunds (when approved) will be processed using the:

  • Same payment method used during booking

  • Typically within 5–7 business days

Refunds will not be issued in cash unless originally paid in cash.
 

6.     Service Limitations

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The home is in a condition beyond the scope of the service booked

  • The client has misrepresented the size or condition of the property

  • The requested service does not match what was booked online

In these cases, pricing adjustments may apply.
